I got my iPhone 6 Plus repaired here. I thought it will be as always, a long process requiring a lot of time and money: First to make the appointment, then to go to the shop, to leave the device, to wait for few hours, to come back and pay at least $100. But not in this case. Lucky me! BTW, a very important thing, there is no appointments required for such a service. Yay! So, Sergio repaired the device in front of me, in only 10 MINUTES! This is WOW! I mean, first of all, I never saw how they're repairing stuff and secondly, I was amazed to see the screen ready so fast. At Sergio’s recommendation, I got a screen protector, in case if the phone will fall again. The best investment ever and the price was also very reasonable. This is the best repair shop! They fixed my shattered phone screen in 30 minutes, and it was a pretty good price - cheaper than some of the other quotes I got. And I have a Google Nexus, which is hard to find parts for. The guy was friendly too! Thank you!!
This iPhone repair store is by far the BEST when it comes too cheap iPhone services. I bought a brand new iPhone 6 Plus there for an affordable price!! ..a few months later I ended up completely breaking/shattering my screen, which restricted me from accessing my photos, contacts, school notes, and other apps so I took it back to IRepair and Sergio was really cool and understanding of my situation and he quickly replaced my screen that same day and it only took him about 15 minutes! They also provide other services like repairing water damage and provide accessories like chargers, headphones, cheap cases, etc.. Overall excellent service and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a quick, affordable phone/tablet fix!!

My experience with the repair shops was never a good one until i came to I Repair it Fast shop. Before i used to be so unsatisfied with the work quality, or the repairing time. Most of the shops overcharge and it takes hours or even days to get the work done. Now i finally found somebody I can trust with my devices. Sergio is very knowledgeable and super fast. I think this is the best place to fix a phone. I got my glass and LCD broken. The guy fixed my phone in less than 15 minutes. Very fast and very good price for a quality repair. I also got a free tempered glass. Now i got my phone fixed and it's working perfectly. Definitely i will come back and i will recommend this place to my friends.

This place is just the best and the fastest and the cheapest one! Sergio is answering the phone, regardless of the hour. Yesterday I was calling at 10 PM. I was astonished by that. He understands that sometimes a phone has to be fixed right away. Sometimes, our life depend on our smartphones. So, he gave me the quote and then fixed my phone on Sunday (even if they usually are closed on Sundays). This service is really customized to client needs, and I appreciate that. Thank very much!

I found I Repair it Fast walking on the street. I just went inside to ask the price for replacing the LCD of my MacBook Pro 13”. It seemed to be reasonable, after calling few other shops.
So I came back with my laptop, 2 days after. The whole process took one day.
I picked it up after work and I am super satisfied. Sergio also cleaned the computer inside and outside. It was looking so good, couldn’t believe this was my Mac. It was great to know that this place was in my area. I brought in a laptop to be reconfigured, and they did a great job... Works perfectly. I brought in an iPad a little bit later, that after I installed a new update... the update screwed up and froze the the iPad. They fixed it, no problem and no charge! Have had great experience and great success with their work and their staff. Highly recommend this location for all your technology needs.

This is the best place to repair your phone or MacBook. I went to Apple store at the Genius Bar to repair my iPhone X, i had to replace rear glass and Apple store wanted to charge me half price of new device because they don’t fix that! Came here and got my device fixed 1 hr, at 179$ price! fast, same glass, i am amazed. small shop but they can repair anything, strongly recommend this store in Pasadena!

Great store and customer service! I broke my iPhone X recently and did not had time to spent at Apple store with appointment, 2 weeks waiting list! came in at I Repair It Fast and got it fixed in 15 minutes!!! omg that was super fast! they also gave me a free tempered glass. I will come here next time for sure for my MacBook to upgrade my hard drive because it`s getting super slow!

Although the service was good, wouldn't go there again, for sure.
I left my ipad for repair, and it didn't have a password. Apparently the employees logged in and left themselves a 5 star Google Review on my behalf, using my google profile. You can tell from the broken English: "Very great service, my iPad mini 3 screen was cracked and wasn't charging. I bring to them with one issue and they fix both. Also prices are very comparable. Very satisfied!"
If you are so desperate for good reviews, maybe just do a good job and ask politely? Impersonating a customer sounds like a felony.
